SPRING HAS SPRUNG!


The incredible sight in the organic vineyards close to Luc Sur Orbieu, South of France! The big difference between these and non-organic is obvious, an amazing mixture of plants between the vines where you can forage for delicious delicacies such as wild leek, dandelion leaves and wild asparagus. Yum!

Wild asparagus is tasty and versatile, it's a perfect partner for scallops or sea bass, put it in a creamy risotto, in frittata or even on a pizza and serve with this delicious dandelion leaf and citrus salad!
