Ginglinger Pinot Noir 2016
Hand hervested with a 15 day maceration/fermentation. Matured in old oak until it's bottleing in March 17. Slightly violet in colour, fruity on the nose with blackcurrant and cherry. Soft tannins and pleasing freshness on the palette.
