Hand harvested at the peak of maturity, fermented and left on the lees until bottleing in July 14. Golden yellow in colour with exotic fruits and spice on the nose. Soft in the mouth with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Perfect partner for fois gras terrine, spicy foods or a chunk of Munster!
