50% Riesling, 35% Pinot Auxerrois, 5% pinot gris and 10% Pinot Noir. Méthode traditionnelle with 12 months elevage minimum giving a fine and elegant mousse. Aromas of citrus and granny smith apples leads to a crisp attack with balanced fruit and acidity.
