G de Gasparets, Organic (dependant on vintage)
Grenache from 70 year old vines. This vin de liqueur spends 12 months in french oak barrels giving a ruby robe and amber reflection. It has an intense nose of red confit fruit, walnut, quince and cherry. Rich in the mouth with notes of intense prune and pain d'épices. A perfect match for the finest chocolate, sweet red fruit tarts or cheeses.
This chateau marked the beginnings of the Fabre family’s viticultural pursuits. Nestled in the prestigious Boutenac-Corbières appellation, which received the cru classe designation in 2005, the lands of this exceptional terroir produce concentrated, elegant fine wines. In 1939, the Fabre family expanded Chateau Fabre Gasparets by purchasing Chateau Denat Gasparets.
